VORICORT 200 mg INJECTION contains Voriconazole, a medication in the Antifungal agent class. It can also be used to prevent fungal infections in bone marrow transplant recipients at high risk.

It disrupts the fungal cell membrane by preventing the cell from producing certain chemicals (ergosterol), which are required for survival. As a result, it prevents fungal cell multiplication, preventing infection from spreading further.

 

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

 

Only a doctor or a nurse will inject VORICORT 200 mg INJECTION into your vein (intravenously).

HOW TO CONTROL SIDE EFFECTS
